Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead to drive end-to-end maintenance and asset management solutions for a large-scale, asset-intensive enterprise.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration across maintenance, inventory, and procurement processes while enabling efficient and reliable asset operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design covering maintenance notifications, work orders, and end-to-end work order lifecycle management
• Implement preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance processes
• Design asset structures including functional locations, equipment hierarchies, and maintenance task lists
• Configure maintenance scheduling (daily/weekly planning, capacity-based scheduling, backlog prioritization)
• Enable role-based maintenance execution (Planner, Scheduler, Supervisor, Technician)
• Integrate EAM with MRO warehouse processes (picking, putaway, staging, returns)
• Support integration with SAP Ariba for procurement of services and MRO materials
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, ABC classification, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement stakeholders
• Support testing, cutover, training, and hypercare activities

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP EAM / Asset Management experience
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations or migrations
• Deep expertise in maintenance planning, work management, and scheduling
• Strong exposure to MRO inventory and warehouse integration
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba integration (services & procurement)
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Shutdown / turnaround / outage maintenance exposure
• SAP EWM or WM integration experience (directed picking/putaway)
• SAP Fiori apps for EAM and warehouse operations
• Global enterprise asset environments
