Position: FileNet Migration Solution Lead Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for a strong FileNet Migration Solution Lead Architect with hands-on experience in IBM FileNet and SharePoint Online migration projects. This person will lead technical design, define migration strategy, work with business and technical teams, and drive end-to-end migration execution.
The ideal candidate should have architecture experience, migration expertise, and be comfortable leading enterprise-scale content migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design for FileNet to SharePoint migration projects
- Analyze FileNet environments and define migration strategy
- Act as the primary on-site technical liaison to align client Security, Network, and Identity infrastructure teams
- Work with migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint
- Create technical documents, architecture diagrams, and migration plans
- Guide developers and migration teams during execution
- Conduct workshops and provide technical recommendations
- Support testing, validation, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot migration and performance issues
Required Skills / Must Have:
Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8
Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
Experience in FileNet to SharePoint migration projects
Experience with migration tools:
- ShareGate
- AvePoint
- Metalogix
Solution Architecture experience
Experience creating HLD / LLD and architecture diagrams
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Microsoft Graph API
- PowerShell scripting
- Azure AD / Identity Management
- REST API integrations
- Records Management / Metadata / Taxonomy design
Experience Required
- 10–15+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in Solution Architecture
- 3–5+ years in ECM migration projects
- Experience leading enterprise migration programs
