evolution, we're investing heavily in modern engineering solutions. We're looking for a Senior Software
Engineer to help build and maintain critical back-end systems that power our store technology
platform-covering point-of-sale, payments, transactions, and customer rewards. This role will work across
both legacy and next-generation systems, ensuring stability while driving innovation.
This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX 5 days per week.
What You'll Do
Design and develop software for our store technology platform, spanning scalable front-end,
middle-tier, and back-end services.
Collaborate within an agile team to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
Champion best practices for software quality, performance, and maintainability.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system performance and customer experience.
What You'll Need
4+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience with .NET technologies.
1+ year of experience with cloud platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively
across multiple domains (engineering, product, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
What Will Set You Apart
Proven experience owning major technical projects end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Familiarity with WPF.
Background in retail software development.
