Job Details

Requirements

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager who has a foundation in commercial construction and is eager to grow into increased responsibility. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

Experience & Education

2-5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor

Experience on active job sites strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field preferred (acceptable equivalent experience will be considered)

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of construction documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and scheduling

Comfort using construction software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe products or similar systems)

Ability to interpret construction drawings and schedules

Core Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized approach to managing tasks and priorities

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Positive attitude and a desire to learn

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including field staff, clients, and subcontractors

Commitment to safety practices and quality work
