Summary

Immediate and contract to perm opening for a hands-on Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support execution across web and app channels. This role is focused on campaign coordination, content publishing, testing, and performance tracking within a highly cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage digital campaign execution across web, app, and CRM channels
Publish and maintain content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Support A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target
Coordinate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Monitor performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions
Manage local listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp)
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams

Required Skills:

4+ years of digital marketing operations or program management experience
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience with Adobe Target (testing/personalization)
Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance metrics
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (mParticle or similar)
Experience supporting cross-channel campaigns (web, app, CRM)
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure
Experience supporting consumer or multi-location brands
