Supply Chain Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to manage monthly invoice validation for global data center co-location providers. The role focuses on reconciling invoices against contracts, purchase orders, actual usage, and forecasts while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Data Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for fixed rent, power usage, Smart Hands, and other co-location services.

• Reconcile invoice charges, rates, quantities, and POs against contracts and expected costs.

• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for resolution.

• Track invoice status, support monthly accruals, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual reporting.

• Maintain documentation for audits and financial controls.

• Support process improvements, invoice automation, and AI-assisted invoice validation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable, procurement, supply chain, FinOps, or a related field.

• Experience with invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, contracts, or financial data.

• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Experience with data centers, co-location, cloud infrastructure, or telecommunications.

• Familiarity with power consumption billing (kWh), ERP systems, and invoice workflows.

• Experience with Power BI, automation, or AI-assisted invoice processing.
