Project Manager with Debit Cards experience

JD:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Debit Card initiatives, including card issuance, transaction processing, authorization, dispute management, and regulatory compliance.

Manage cross-functional teams comprising business, technology, operations, vendors, and banking stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.

Drive project planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, status reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technology teams to define requirements, oversee solution design, and support implementation of debit card enhancements and migrations.

Ensure alignment with payment network standards (Visa, Mastercard), banking regulations, security requirements, and operational controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve escalations, and deliver strategic card payment initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
