Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, interface monitoring, root cause analysis, and integration development activities across a complex SAP landscape. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP integration technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.

Experience:

8-12 Years of SAP integration experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.

·         Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and service requests.

·         Develop, modify, and enhance CPI integrations to support business requirements and application changes.

·         Monitor interface performance and proactively identify integration issues before they impact business operations.

·         Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

·         Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to support integration-related initiatives.

·         Configure and manage integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management components.

·         Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity configurations, and API integrations.

·         Ensure adherence to established SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.

·         Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and support procedures.

·         Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation activities for integration solutions.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable operation of business-critical interfaces.

 Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·         8+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.

·         Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.

·         Proven experience developing and supporting CPI iFlows in enterprise environments.

·         Strong expertise with integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management.

·         Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

·         Understanding of API-based integrations, security certificates, authentication mechanisms, and connectivity configurations.

·         Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related integration standards.

·         Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid support and project delivery environment.

·         SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Integration Suite

·         SAP BTP Certifications

·         SAP CPI / Integration Suite Certification
