We are needing candidates who have strong experience in Mainframe, React.JS and z/OS Connect. Please do not submit candidates that do not have hands on experience in these technologies.
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Mainframe/COBOL Developer. This role involves new development, adding features, and enhancing functionality on mainframe systems. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence in Warren, MI from Tuesday to Thursday each week and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform new development in COBOL, including adding features and functionality.
- Utilize Jira for task tracking and project management.
- Operate in an IMS environment.
- Use ISPF and TSO for mainframe development tasks.
- Manage code and versions using GitHub.
Required Qualifications
Experience: This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience in Mainframe/COBOL development.
Technical Skills: Candidates must have solid knowledge of COBOL, IMS, ISPF, TSO, Jira, and GitHub.
