Job Description –
Job Summary:
· Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise software engineering teams, owning application architecture, driving cloud-native modernization, and accelerating delivery through AI-assisted development practices.
Responsibilities:
· Lead architecture, design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
· Own technical delivery, engineering quality, and production stability.
· Drive cloud-native, microservices, and modernization initiatives.
· Champion AI-assisted engineering and Agentic AI adoption.
· Establish engineering standards, best practices, and architecture governance.
· Collaborate with business, product, and architecture stakeholders.
· Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews.
· Resolve complex technical and production issues.
· 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
· Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (React/Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot).
· Expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud native architectures.
· Strong knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, APIs, and Enterprise Integrations.
· Experience with databases, security, and scalable enterprise solutions.
· Mandatory experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, etc.) and Agentic AI workflows.
· Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and manage stakeholder relationships.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
