In this role, you will act as a key technical resource focused on building and optimizing AI agents. You will participate in large-scale software engineering planning and consult on moderately complex initiatives. This position requires a strong ability to analyze variable factors, resolve technical challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet strict policy and compliance standards while collaborating closely with client personnel.

  Technical Consultation: Consult on and participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives, specifically focusing on AI Agent development and integration.

  Strategic Planning: Contribute to large-scale planning related to software engineering deliverables and timelines.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Problem Solving: Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors to determine the best course of action.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Resolution & Compliance: Contribute to the resolution of technical issues while leveraging a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with client personnel and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Minimum qualifications

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Strong programming experience with Python.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX (designing, building, and maintaining AI agents).

Preferred qualifications

  Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and conversational design.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Ability to work in a contingent resource or consulting environment.
