We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role will play a crucial part in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization. It is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong financial and analytical background who is interested in making a significant impact on the future direction of our company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and various departments to develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning process in conjunction with senior management, setting the financial targets and budget for the organization.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecast updates, including variance analyses and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including capital allocation, cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, acquisition evaluation, etc.
  • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to provide analytical support and drive operational performance.
  • Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a strategic ability to think ahead and plan over multi-year time spans.
  • Ability to effectively drive cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
