Job: SQL Developer/DBA Location: Remote - Tampa, FL Duration: 6 Months contract

3-5 Must Haves
Senior SQL Server DBA experience.
Strong Database Architecture experience.
Expert-level T-SQL development skills.
SQL performance tuning expertise.
Experience with indexing and partitioning.
Strong data modeling experience.
Experience with enterprise data pipelines.
ETL/ELT development experience.

* Strong T-SQL development experience with a focus on building and tuning stored procedures and database objects
* Proven experience with database performance optimization, indexing, and query tuning
* Experience operating in both developer and DBA capacities, including designing and maintaining robust database environments
* Ability to partner closely with stakeholders and translate business/integration requirements into efficient database structures
* Hands-on development of stored procedures, tables, and functions within SQL Server
* Strong database design and data modeling capabilities to support integration workstreams
* Ability to architect efficient, scalable solutions with performance and maintainability in mind
* Support and optimize complex queries, ensuring high performance and reliability
