Summary

Need a CNC Programmer for our Client with 5+ years of experience in the following.

Creo, GD&T, tolerance analysis
Manufacturing workflows
PLM system design
Process optimization
Mechanical engineering fundamentals
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining fundamentals
- Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam preferred in many shops)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T
- Experience with machine controls, and postprocessing
- Understanding of tooling, materials, and cutting science
- Familiarity with CAD modeling for fixture design and geometry repair
Other Skills
- Attention to detail and precision mindset
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, mold/die, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus
