NTT DATA''s Client is seeking a Change Management Consultant (ERP) to support large-scale ERP transformation and integration initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain. This role focuses on driving user adoption, enabling business readiness, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management practices.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in applying PROSCI methodologies in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of change management strategies for ERP implementation and integration programs.
Apply PROSCI (ADKAR) methodology to assess change impact and drive adoption.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification, mapping, and engagement planning.
Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans across business and technical teams.
Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and SMEs to align change activities with project milestones.
Assess organizational readiness and support change impact assessments across functions such as regulatory, quality, clinical, and supply chain.
Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user enablement programs.
Identify and manage resistance to change, proposing mitigation strategies.
Track and report change adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare environments.
Must-Have Requirements
8 to 10+ years of strong experience working as a Change Management Consultant on multiple ERP integration programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience.
5+ years of proven expertise in stakeholder analysis and engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
5+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices industries.
Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulatory frameworks.
Exposure to global transformation or consulting environments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70 to $82. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
