About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure application architectures.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and clean code practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
