Summary

Position: QE Automation Architect Playwright / AI
Location: Bethesda, MD Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
We are looking for a QE Automation Architect with 10 15+ years of Quality Engineering/Test Automation experience and strong, recent hands-on expertise in Playwright. The candidate should be capable of designing automation frameworks from scratch and working at an Architect/Lead level while remaining hands-on.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong hands-on Playwright experience mandatory
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Java
  • Experience designing/building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Strong UI and API automation experience
  • Experience with Selenium, PyTest, REST Assured, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Experience with cross-browser testing, parallel execution, POM, and scalable automation
  • Architect/Lead-level technical leadership and mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Good to Have:
  • GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI / MCP / AI-powered testing
  • RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot/Cursor
  • AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform and BrowserStack
