Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior SAP BRIM Technical Project Manager to own the billing and revenue data flow between our Sales CRM, CPQ, and SAP BRIM. You will design and validate usage pipelines, manage invoice and disposition workflows, and lead integration testing across the CPQ-to-Billing landscape.
What You Will Do:
• Design and validate usage data pipelines from Sales CRM into BRIM Convergent Mediation, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
• Configure and troubleshoot Convergent Mediation and its integration with Convergent Invoicing.
• Manage disposition workflows: validate requests, create or adjust invoices, apply goodwill, and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead functional and technical testing of the CPQ-to-Billing pipeline, including event flows, timing, retry logic, and failure scenarios.
• Validate data mapping and transformation logic in AEM or BTP adapters.
• Create documentation for data mappings, event schemas, recovery procedures, and escalation paths.
What You Need:
• 8+ years total experience, with 3+ years hands-on in SAP BRIM (Convergent Mediation and Convergent Invoicing).
• Strong understanding of CPQ: contract terms, commitment models, usage tracking, and overage scenarios.
• Experience testing event-driven integrations and building test plans.
• Comfort querying the BRIM data model (FKKDI, FKKINV, BIT tables, and similar) using SQL.
• Ability to communicate clearly between business teams (revenue, sales ops, finance) and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) or SAP BTP. Expert level is not required; only a willingness to learn.
