Job Title: Gen AI & Guidewire Automation Engineer (Playwright)

🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking a Gen AI & Guidewire Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center combined with advanced Playwright automation skills. This role will drive end‑to‑end test automation, integrate Generative AI into QA workflows, and ensure seamless delivery across enterprise insurance platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Guidewire Automation:

  • Automate policy lifecycle workflows (Quote, Bind, Issue, Endorse, Renew, Cancel).

  • Validate Guidewire UI rules, workflows, batch jobs, and integrations.

  • Perform cross‑system testing involving rating engines, billing, payments, and external vendors.

• Playwright Automation:

  • Design and develop robust Playwright frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript.

  • Create reusable page objects, utilities, and custom fixtures.

  • Execute cross‑browser testing (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit).

  • Integrate Playwright tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• GenAI in Testing:

  • Use LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, enterprise GenAI platforms) for test case generation, intelligent data creation, and defect analysis.

  • Implement AI‑driven self‑healing locators and test optimization.

  • Collaborate on defining AI‑driven QA strategies and proof‑of‑concepts.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Skills: Strong Guidewire PC expertise, Playwright automation, STLC, Agile, DevOps.

• Guidewire: Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center; knowledge of data/product models and PCF UI.

• Automation Technical: Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), API automation (REST, JSON, XML), SQL, CI/CD pipelines.

• GenAI Skills: Hands‑on experience applying GenAI in testing, prompt engineering, and AI integration into QA frameworks.
