Test Lead - Claim Adjudication and Payments systems

Test Lead with Claim Adjudication and Payments systems experience.
As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of hub locations(Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix, AZ, Hartford, CT) or be willing to relocate in one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.

• Experience with Testing strategies and manual/automated Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Good knowledge on Healthcare, Claim Intake, Claim Adjudication, and Payment domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Claim processing related systems (Plan benefit, Claim Adjudication, payments, products, eligibility, provider credentials & contracts etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on AS400/Mainframes (Cobol, CICS, JCL and DB2), Java, Open systems
• 4 years of experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases
• Experience with Testing strategies and manual/automated Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• 3 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like Rally, HP ALM, JIRA, IBM Rational suite etc.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
• Excellent Client Interfacing skills
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
