SAP Plant Maintenance Functional

Key Responsibilities

• Lead various independent improvement initiatives supporting the Refinery Business Initiative (RBI) project.
• Manage implementation activities and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Follow the full implementation lifecycle, including:
  • Requirements
  • Solution Design
  • Build/Configuration
  • Testing
  • Training
  • Deployment
  • Sustainment
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Plant Maintenance and Engineering stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP system optimization.
• Configure and/or manage SAP PM development activities to implement business solutions.
• Partner with third-party vendors and internal IT/business teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Support and resolve issues related to Plant Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Work Management processes.
• Support and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance integrations with other applications.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Create and enhance KPI dashboards and operational reports supporting maintenance and business performance.
• Work closely with maintenance and engineering users across multiple locations and departments.
• Support other IT and business initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong experience with SAP PM and SAP MM.
• Experience with SAP PM configuration.
• Experience supporting Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Work Management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with other applications, including customized or SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of SAP-integrated modules/applications such as:
  • SAP MM
  • WM
  • FI
  • CO
  • PS
  • BW
  • Prometheus
  • PaSTA
  • PCMS
• Minimum 4 years of practical experience leading teams or initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and quickly add value in a new environment.
• Experience working with Maintenance Management and Business Users across multiple locations and departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts between business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
