Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business teams in analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in translating business needs into practical solutions and supporting project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to help implement business solutions.
Assist in data analysis to support business decision-making.
Participate in meetings, testing, and project support activities.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of business processes and requirement documentation.
Basic data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications
