Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Wire & Cable or Process Manufacturing.
- Experience supporting Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Analytics, or AI-driven manufacturing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations and production processes.
Core Skills
- Wire Drawing, Stranding, Extrusion, Insulation, Jacketing, Spooling, Quality Testing
- Production Planning, Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
- Manufacturing KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Yield, Scrap, Throughput, Downtime
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Continuous Improvement
Technical Knowledge
- MES, SCADA, OPC UA, OSI Preferred - MES, PI Historian PLC,
- CMMS, Industrial IoT
- Manufacturing Data & Analytics, Data Validation, KPI Definition
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases such as Predictive Maintenance, Quality Prediction, and Process Optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business SME for manufacturing operations.
- Define business requirements and manufacturing use cases.
- Bridge plant operations and technology teams.
- Validate manufacturing data, dashboards, and AI recommendations.
- Support UAT, business process improvements, and value realization.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
