Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Wire & Cable or Process Manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Analytics, or AI-driven manufacturing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations and production processes.
Core Skills
  • Wire Drawing, Stranding, Extrusion, Insulation, Jacketing, Spooling, Quality Testing
  • Production Planning, Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
  • Manufacturing KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Yield, Scrap, Throughput, Downtime
  • Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Continuous Improvement
Technical Knowledge
  • MES, SCADA, OPC UA, OSI Preferred - MES, PI Historian PLC,
  • CMMS, Industrial IoT
  • Manufacturing Data & Analytics, Data Validation, KPI Definition
  • Familiarity with AI/ML use cases such as Predictive Maintenance, Quality Prediction, and Process Optimization
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the business SME for manufacturing operations.
  • Define business requirements and manufacturing use cases.
  • Bridge plant operations and technology teams.
  • Validate manufacturing data, dashboards, and AI recommendations.
  • Support UAT, business process improvements, and value realization.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
