Summary

Job Title: Pega Senior – Smart Disputes & GenAI
Location: Remote (USA)
Experience: 10+ Years (Must)
 
Certification: 
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory (Or)
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) - Mandatory
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development expertise.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with the Pega Smart Dispute Framework.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of credit/debit card dispute processing, chargebacks, and case management workflows.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and database integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools.
  • Strong leadership, customer management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
AI / GenAI Skills:
  • Familiarity with Pega GenAI features and Pega Process AI.
  • Experience or knowledge of integrating external LLM/AI services into Pega applications.
  • Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent routing, and automated case summarization.
