Job Description:
"Seking a senior-level, results-driven Project Manager to lead enterprise Procure to Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment. This role will own end-to-end delivery of projects focused on process standardization, operational efficiency, and adoption across Procurement and Finance.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with business and technology leaders to drive measurable improvements in cost control, cycle time, compliance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud P2P transformation initiatives.
• Own project governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other groups to implement streamlined P2P processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, RAID logs, and status dashboards.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies, project risks, issues, and change impacts.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, change management, and user adoptions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including budget, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to leadership.
• Utilize best-in-class project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project complexity and risk.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and control improvements across the Procure to Pay lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
Required
• Proven experience (5+ years) leading large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically in Oracle ERP Cloud Procure to Pay implementations or transformations, as a Project Manager.
• Strong functional knowledge of Procure to Pay business process, including procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, supplier management, and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and adaptable approach.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed, fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
Preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, and General Ledger."
