We\'re hiring a Substation Engineer with high voltage substation design experience to lead physical and P&C projects up to 765kV.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor\'s in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of high voltage substation design(physical and/or P&C)
  • Substation project lead or technical specialist experience
  • StrongQA/QCand client coordination skills
  • Bluebeam Revuand Microsoft Office proficiency
  • US work authorization without sponsorship

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead high voltage substation design projects up to 765kV
  • Develop substation drawings, schematics, relay panel wiring, grounding, and auxiliary power designs
  • Perform QA/QC reviews of substation design packages
  • Mentor junior engineers and oversee deliverables
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and procurement specifications
  • Support proposals and client presentations

Nice-to-Haves

  • PE license
  • Renewables integration, HVDC, or BESS project experience

Compensation and Benefits
