The Onsite Technical Lead will act as the primary technical anchor for End client’s Integration DevOps program, leading design, development, and delivery of integration solutions while ensuring alignment with business priorities, agile delivery practices, and platform governance standards. The role bridges onshore stakeholder engagement with offshore delivery teams, driving end-to-end execution across integration development, DevOps enablement, and platform support.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead hands-on integration development across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
· Provide technical guidance, solutioning inputs, and design oversight aligned to enterprise architecture.
· Ensure quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to API standards.
· Act as the primary interface for business stakeholders and support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
· Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and DevOps practices with continuous improvement.
· Ensure adherence to API governance, lifecycle management, and security standards.
· Lead and mentor offshore teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
· Oversee incident resolution, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Strong expertise in API development - Apigee, Cloud Armor (WAF & API Security) and microservices architecture – 6+ years of integration development work
2. Must have worked on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (preferred) cloud environment – preferably both, and have hands on experience in AWS lambda (for AWS) or Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
3. Confluent Kafka (ESP) – doesn’t need to be an expert, but must have worked on Kafka
4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
5. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
6. Must have led (Technical Lead) at least 2 system integration and modernization (development) project – Needs to be a Tech Lead and not just a technical developer.
7. Experience in leading distributed onshore-offshore teams
