Role Overview

The Audio Visual–Unified Communications Level 3 professional will deploy and support Christie’s global AV/UC estate, leading implementations of AV/VC/UC & Telephony products (RingCentral). The role involves evaluating new technologies, ensuring fit within infrastructure, and supporting Christie’s offices in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong, with occasional remote site travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise AV/VC projects and maintain documentation.

• Troubleshoot video issues and report project progress.

• Drive adoption of Zoom, Teams, and Webex conferencing services.

• Plan and coordinate expansion of video/voice network technologies.

• Perform UC software/hardware upgrades and install AV equipment.

• Collaborate with Projects, Infrastructure, Operations, and Production teams for events, exhibitions, and renovations.

• Provide Executive-level support (C-level, VP, Directors) for UC matters.

• Deliver Tier 3 end-user support for UC applications and AV designs.

• Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end UC systems.

• Execute test plans for IT cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements.

 Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years in AV implementations or videoconference engineering with Cisco Telepresence.

• Expertise in Cisco endpoints/infrastructure (Control Hub), RingCentral UC, Webex, Teams, Zoom.

• Strong project deployment and system migration experience.

• Knowledge of AMX/Crestron AV control systems and AV concepts (signal types, routing, cabling).

• Familiarity with production devices (Ross, Blackbox, Dante, Matrox).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in global, collaborative environments.

• Well-versed in desktop (Windows 10, Mac, Office 365), collaboration (WebEx, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), server, and network technologies.

• Strong prioritization, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
