Principal Business Advisor

A Principal Business Advisor with Go-to-Market (GTM) roles and responsibilities acts as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership, driving the commercial strategy to launch products, expand into new markets, and achieve revenue targets. They combine deep industry knowledge with GTM execution expertise, bridging the gap between product strategy, sales, marketing, and customer success.

• Strategic GTM Design & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of end-to-end commercial strategies for new offerings, AI tools, or business models. They define the GTM framework, including market segmentation, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and value propositions.
• Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders to shape opportunities and recommend improvements in processes, systems, and automation. They lead quarterly GTM business reviews and provide high-level insights for decision-making.
• Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new growth levers across product portfolios, including geographic expansion and new client segments. They build business cases for investment, focusing on maximizing ROI and scaling GTM motions.
• Sales Enablement & Deal Shaping: Enable sales teams by developing pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and value-based selling narratives. They support high-stakes, complex deals, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to influence procurement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and efficient execution. They resolve cross-departmental "turf wars" and streamline the customer journey.
• Performance Metrics & Analytics: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and pipeline velocity. They use data to iterate on pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
