As a 100% employee-owned organization, nationally recognized, this company has built its reputation on technical expertise, long-term client relationships, and a workforce with deep institutional knowledge and tenure. Career longevity: A workforce known for tenure and internal growth, with clear paths for advancement into senior technical and leadership roles.
Meaningful, varied project work: Exposure to a broad mix of high-profile and technically demanding projects across industries like healthcare, data centers, education, and advanced manufacturing.
Collaborative, in-house teams: Work alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and field professionals within an integrated delivery model, rather than being siloed from the build process.
