We are currently looking for Senior Technical Analyst / Financial Analyst

Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst / Financial Analyst
Location: Edison, NJ (2 -3 Days onsite in a week)
Duration: Long Term
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: DOE (all inclusive)

Required Skills:
Atleast 10+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Application SME, preferably within professional services, accounting, financial services, or enterprise consulting environments.
Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise applications supporting Tax, Assurance, Advisory, Outsourcing, and Wealth Management practices, acting as the primary point of accountability for application health, strategic roadmap planning, vendor management, and issue escalation.
Develop and maintain strong functional and technical expertise across assigned applications, including integrations, data flows, licensing structures, support agreements, and operational dependencies to ensure system stability and business continuity.
Assess system enhancements, upgrades, and new technology implementations to improve business process efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen compliance, reporting, and operational effectiveness within professional services environments.
Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identify operational gaps and risks, and recommend scalable technology solutions and process improvement initiatives.
Support the creation and maintenance of user documentation, training resources, and change management communications to drive successful adoption of new systems and enhancements across business units.
Coordinate application lifecycle management activities, including upgrades, patching, migrations, and decommissioning efforts in collaboration with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Serve as the escalation lead for critical production and application issues, coordinating cross-functional response efforts to minimize operational disruption and maintain continuity of client-facing services.
Lead requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions with partners, practice leaders, and operational teams to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Perform current-state assessments and gap analyses of business applications, including tax workflow systems, audit management platforms, outsourcing tools, and enterprise applications, to identify optimization opportunities.
Assist in building and maintaining an enterprise application inventory and capability map to support portfolio governance, technology planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to application rationalization and modernization initiatives by defining prioritization frameworks, migration strategies, implementation sequencing, and change management plans that minimize business disruption.
