This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA's family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 9 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
UX Specialist IIThe UX Specialist II role collaborates with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities according to their discipline in each user experience. This role builds and develops the UX team's knowledge and skill set and best practices.

- Expert in Figma and native mobile design systems-creating interactive prototypes that demonstrate iOS and Android patterns, leveraging existing components, and building new mobile-specific patterns and components for cohesive experiences.
- Strategic native mobile designer who balances user research, business objectives, and platform constraints while proactively identifying improvements that elevate app quality and consistency across iOS and Android.
- Self-directed with deep knowledge of native mobile design trends, platform-specific guidelines, and best practices, able to independently manage priorities and deadlines while maintaining brand alignment across mobile touchpoints.
