🔑 Must-Have Skills:

✅ 12+ years of IT experience with strong Technical Project Management experience

✅ Strong understanding of Java/J2EE technologies

✅ Experience with Spring Boot & Microservices

✅ Strong knowledge of REST APIs & Enterprise Application Integration

✅ Experience managing Java-based software development projects

✅ Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
