Job Description :

This role is essential for ensuring delivery excellence and operational continuity across major enterprise workstreams. The Scrum Master will provide structure, governance, and real-time visibility to support multi-team coordination on critical programs. This position ensures agility across workstreams delivering General Ledger capabilities alongside key regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structure and governance to support multi-team coordination across critical programs.
• Ensure agility across workstreams delivering General Ledger capabilities.
• Support regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives.
• Provide continuity for teams as other Scrum Masters transition.
• Work to avoid delays that could impact compliance deadlines and planning cycles.
• Utilize strong communication and analytical skills to facilitate team success.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in JIRA.
• Knowledge of JIRA Horizon.
• Familiarity with JIRA Align.
• Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning.

Functional Experience:

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams.
• A Scrum Master certification is required.
