.Net Developer/Lead-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, build, and support modern, cloud-native Advisor and Investor-facing applications. This role focuses on developing scalable solutions on the AWS technology stack, using .NET Core and Angular, while driving best practices in microservices, DevOps, and application modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and ongoing support of modern web applications built on AWS cloud platforms.

• Architect and implement microservices and micro front-end solutions using modular federation and industry best practices.

• Design and develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, and related infrastructure.

• Develop backend services using .NET Core (and/or Java) and rich front-end applications using Angular.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams and guide DevOps teams in setting up CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic architectures to microservices-based systems.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.

• Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in application development.

• Strong expertise in .NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.

• Proven experience developing applications on AWS cloud.

• Solid experience with Angular for front-end development.

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and micro front-end patterns.

• Experience working with DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, and cloud automation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural and technical decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with experience leading technical teams.

• Ability to explain and advocate for modern application architectures versus legacy systems.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Java in addition to .NET Core.

• Experience with AWS DevOps tools, containerization, or infrastructure as code.

• Background in financial services, advisor, or investor platforms.
