Job Title: Project/Program Manager (IT 3)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Remote (But Preferred locations: Chicago, IL / Peoria, IL / Dallas, TX)

Preferred Ex- Caterpillar candidates for PM roles and need to be from ERP background.

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Project/Program Manager with SharePoint expertise who can drive communication strategy, build collaboration platforms, and manage cross-functional program execution.

This role requires a self-starter who can build processes from scratch, lead communication initiatives, and drive program governance across large teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design & manage SharePoint sites for program communication and collaboration
Develop and distribute program-wide communications and training materials
Lead cross-functional coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
Drive project planning, execution, and status reporting
Create workflows using Power Automate / MS tools
Support PMO processes, governance, and compliance standards
Facilitate meetings, track progress, and remove blockers
Enable organizational change management through effective communication

🔹 Must-Have Skills

10+ Years of experience in project/program management & coordination
Strong SharePoint experience (design, content, collaboration setup)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Hands-on with Microsoft 365 Suite
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and documentation
Exposure to workflow tools (Power Automate preferred)

🔹 Nice to Have

PMO / Governance experience
Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Miro
Experience working in large enterprise programs (100+ team members)
Exposure to AI tools for process optimization
