Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to align expectations.
  • Review contracts, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards across all phases of the project.
  • Mentor and support project engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
