About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Provisioning Support Representative to support a large, mission-driven organization in the renewable energy industry with corporate offices in Lehi, Utah. This role focuses on the end-to-end provisioning process for corporate employees, ensuring new hires are equipped with the technology they need to be successful from day one. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable supporting a diverse internal user base in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical support via phone, chat, email, and remote tools
- Manage the provisioning lifecycle for new hire equipment, including preparation, imaging, packaging, shipping, and receipt of returned equipment
- Support ticketing workflows for equipment requests and provisioning activities
- Document provisioning processes and accurately track all related activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees across all levels of the organization
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for escalation, audit, and review purposes
- Follow organizational security practices to protect company systems, hardware, and data
Required
- Hands-on experience providing desktop or hardware support in a corporate environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong understanding of basic troubleshooting fundamentals
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Comfort supporting users through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and remote support
- Experience with device imaging or mobile device support
- Intermediate knowledge of Chrome OS and/or macOS
- Basic experience supporting Google Workspace (G Suite) in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification
