Title: Senior Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Manage high visible, large and complex projects in the range of $25-$50M that are applications related projects such as ERP Implementations/Enhancements/upgrades.
• Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
• Project Management includes - budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
• Proactively manage financial uncertainty and cost variability across projects.
• Monitor and manage cost volatility drivers including scope changes, inflation, resource rates, vendor cost fluctuations, and schedule impacts.
• Perform internal cost control audits
• Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
• Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage projects using Hybrid (waterfall/agile) methodology, standards and tools.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, software deployment, integration development, testing and deployment, data management, and vendor technical activities.
• Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
• Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Prepare presentations for steering committee meetings and present them.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT Project Management environment.
• Must have experience managing complex $10M+ IT projects in a PMO environment.
• Must have experience managing SAP projects.
• Must have experience managing projects in a Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) methodology.
• Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.
• Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
• Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, and budget governance
• Expertise in cost variance analysis, EAC, and riskadjusted forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors.
• Must have good experience identifying and managing risks.
• Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Stage Gate Process is a plus.
• Willing to go to the office 3 days a week.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
