This role plays a critical part in shaping how DRAM circuits are verified, from methodology design to hands-on execution. You'll influence verification strategy, partner across teams, and help introduce smarter, more scalable approaches. It's a great opportunity to grow technical depth while making a visible impact on product quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement new DRAM verification strategies, including AI-driven methodologies
  • Partner with design verification teams to standardize verification approaches
  • Develop and maintain analog verification testbenches, tools, and software
  • Build expertise in DRAM circuit design and verification
  • Execute verification workflows using industry-standard tools

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with digital and analog VLSI circuit design and verification
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with Verilog, SPICE, and simulation debugging
  • Experience working in a Linux environment and with Cadence Virtuoso

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and operation
  • Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based digital verification
  • Familiarity with CMOS degradation mechanisms such as NBTI and CHC
  • Interest in applying AI to improve verification processes and methodologies
  • Experience leading projects or driving technical initiatives
  • Strong technical presentation and reporting skills
