We're seeking a Program Manager - in Philadelphia to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a Learning and Development Program for our life sciences practice. This is a 6-month contract position that requires you to be located in the Philly/Basking Ridge/New Jersey area, as onsite presence is essential for this project.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage large, complex projects with additional layers of complexity, such as new technology integration, significant cross-functional business impact, and multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in technical skills and work with minimal supervision of a Program or Portfolio Manager
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the designated timeline and budget
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise
  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization
  • Manage the complex Learning and Development Roadmap rollout, including a technology assessment, to ensure the HR transformation initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business value.
  • Integrate quickly with the existing teams and processes to maintain continuity with Change Management leadership and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and IT and Global teams to drive the program initiatives.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Experience with HR, Enterprise, Learning & Development Systems and process transformations.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in program or project management
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience managing projects with multiple vendors and across various geographical
