DXC Luxoft will supply resource in Staff Augmentation mode to client at client's direction and with client's approval. The Service Personnel will possess sufficient general functional Hogan application and/or mainframe skills, and will be expected to support development and maintain additional knowledge and skills regarding client specific customizations. All Services will be performed in a Staff Augmentation model wherein client is responsible to provide the necessary instruction and information required to conduct Services. Service Personnel will adhere to client's security policies and procedures in the delivery of Services.

Responsibilities

Business Analyst tasks across the development life cycle

Focus on core banking

Hogan Deposits application.

Guide the technical team on banking functionalities.

Design and check solutions on core banking functionalities.

Test the solution and environment for bugs.

Skills

Must have

Business Analysis skills set including requirements gathering and definition, functional analysis and design, testing preparation (e.g, script creation), execution and test result analysis and reporting.

Experience in Mainframe applications must

Knowledge of Hogan platform IDS module

Nice to have

Non-Hogan banking application knowledge a plus.
