CTG is seeking an experienced IAM PM Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives centered on the Saviynt Identity Governance platform. This role combines project management, Scrum leadership, and cybersecurity expertise to deliver complex identity governance projects while partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and security leadership.

Duration: 7 months
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and Saviynt implementation projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across IAM engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure, application owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive delivery of identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, certifications, and provisioning initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate status, risks, and metrics to leadership.
- Remove delivery roadblocks and promote Agile best practices.
- Support change management, project documentation, and executive reporting.
- Ensure successful project execution while maintaining alignment with security and compliance requirements.
Required Skills- Project Management experience delivering enterprise IAM initiatives.
- Strong Scrum Master experience using Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting Saviynt Identity Governance implementations.
- Cybersecurity background with knowledge of identity security principles.
- Knowledge of:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Access requests and approvals
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Certifications
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 3+ years managing IAM or Identity Governance projects.
- Experience leading Saviynt implementations or platform enhancements.
- Experience working with cybersecurity or enterprise security programs.
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
