SAP Business Analyst

Need:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide Order-to-Cash and Marketing Plan-to-Cash (MP2C) initiatives within a global environment. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and compliant business processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP SD, strong cross-functional integration knowledge, and hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementations in highly regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or biotech organizations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Solution Design & Delivery

• Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end SAP SD (Marketing Plan-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash) business processes.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions to drive key design decisions and recommend SAP best practices.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions in collaboration with implementation partners and internal teams.
• Develop scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and global business objectives.

Cross-Functional Integration

• Support integration between SAP SD and related SAP modules including MM, WM, FI/CO, and PP.
• Collaborate on integrations with external platforms such as Model N, Salesforce (SFDC), SAP ATTP, SAP Hybris, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and monitor SAP interfaces across multiple environments using technologies such as IDocs, XML, web services, and CIF integration.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with global and local project teams, business stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure successful project execution.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and serve as a trusted advisor for SAP SD solutions and process improvements.
• Present solution recommendations and business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support testing activities including test planning, defect resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness.

Documentation, Compliance & Support

• Create and maintain project documentation including process flows, configuration documents, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• Ensure solutions align with compliance, validation, and quality standards within regulated environments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline business processes and reduce duplication across global systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions within large global enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration and support experience, including associated modules such as MM and WM.
• Strong knowledge of order management, shipping, billing, pricing, master data, and SAP SD transaction processing.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations from blueprint through go-live, including at least one project in a lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP integrations, especially FI/CO and PP dependencies.
• Expertise designing and supporting SAP integrations using IDocs, XML, web services, and related interface technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV), quality systems, and compliance-driven environments.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with platforms such as Model N, Salesforce, SAP ATTP, or SAP Hybris.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise ticketing/workflow tools.
