We are looking for an Events Project Manager to support live event technology operations in Las Vegas, Nevada through a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning business needs into organized project plans, improving workflows, and helping teams deliver high-quality event experiences. You will work across operational, technical, and commercial groups to coordinate initiatives, analyze performance, and keep projects moving from planning through execution. The assignment is expected to begin as a 12-week contract with the potential to transition into a longer-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to organize and advance strategic projects, providing structure, coordination, and informed recommendations based on operational findings.

Analyze event and operational data to uncover trends, evaluate outcomes, and recommend measurable improvements.

Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the event lifecycle.

Build project schedules, conduct regular status meetings, and manage issue tracking to support successful event delivery.

Support technology adoption and change management efforts, including onboarding teams to tools and encouraging smooth implementation.

Monitor budgets, vendor performance, and project risks, escalating concerns early and helping resolve issues before they affect delivery.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, event operations, or a related role.
Strong ability to interpret data, summarize findings, and turn analysis into practical business recommendations.
Experience creating process documentation, workflow maps, project plans, or operational reports.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Familiarity with SaaS tools or event technology platforms used to support planning and execution.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
