12 Months contract Extension

McLean , VA/ Plano, TX On-site M-F

Interview Type: On-site interview required

Must Have Qualifications:

Hands on testing with ServiceNow ATF.
Automation and Service Now Certificates are required.
Preferred: Java Script, Python, or Selenium. Development experience and performance testing would also be nice to have.
Candidates must have hands on experience with performance testing.

Senior QA Engineer ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC)
Responsible for manual & automated testing of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IRM/GRC modules.

Design test cases, develop ATF automation, validate integrations, and ensure platform quality across releases.

Required Skills:

8+ years in QA; 3+ years in ServiceNow ATF
Strong in ServiceNow (IRM/GRC, ACLs, flows, business rules, APIs)
Automation experience with Selenium
Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and regression testing
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
UI, Service Portal, and integration testing experience
