Print Production Manager

Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has as client looking for a Print Production Manager to support high-impact advertising and promotional campaigns in Denver, Colorado on a short term contract. This Contract position will oversee the planning and execution of print, direct mail, while coordinating closely with clients and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong production knowledge, sharp attention to quality, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end production for printed marketing materials, direct mail campaigns, and promotional assets from concept through final delivery.

Coordinate with print vendors and external partners to secure schedules, confirm specifications, and maintain quality standards across all output.

Manage client communication throughout the production lifecycle, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring expectations are met.

Oversee video production activities as needed, helping organize timelines, creative assets, and deliverables for campaign execution.

Review files, proofs, and print-ready materials to ensure accuracy in layout, color, messaging, and production requirements.

Use Adobe Animate and related creative tools to support motion or animated content tied to campaign needs when applicable.

Track multiple printing projects at once, balancing deadlines, budgets, and production priorities across concurrent assignments.

Partner with creative and marketing teams to support promotional copy and campaign materials that align with brand and audience objectives.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing print production projects within advertising, marketing, or promotional environments.
Working knowledge of direct mail formats, production workflows, and print specifications for mailed pieces.
Familiarity with video production coordination and the ability to support multi-channel campaign execution.
Proficiency with Adobe Animate and comfort working with digital creative assets tied to production needs.
Strong understanding of color printing, proofing, and quality control for a range of printed materials.
Experience working with print vendors and maintaining productive external partner relationships.
Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage feedback, timelines, and changing priorities.
