Position Overview 
We are seeking a highly skilled Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex document and mail generation workflows. This role focuses on building and optimizing templates, migrating legacy forms, and ensuring scalable document composition solutions.
 Core Technical Requirements

• Quadient Inspire Expert: Proficiency in Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler (Versions R15/R16).

• Template Composition: Expertise in building new templates, performing major/minor modifications, and optimizing existing workflows.

• Legacy Migration: Proven ability to import and migrate forms from legacy systems into the Quadient Inspire platform.

• Environment Configuration: Experience providing guidance on tool configurations and environment setups to meet enterprise scalability standards.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting: Strong knowledge of JavaScript for advanced template logic.

• Design Suite: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 

• Testing: Experience in testing enhancements, upgrades, and complex document workflows.
