Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Digital Asset Management (DAM) expertise to support DAM strategy, asset migrations, metadata governance, and workflow optimization. This role partners with marketing, creative, and IT teams to deliver scalable DAM solutions that improve asset discoverability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Gather and document business requirements for DAM implementations and enhancements.

• Support DAM migrations ensuring metadata integrity and structured asset organization.

• Design taxonomy, metadata standards, and governance frameworks.

• Improve asset ingestion, lifecycle workflows, and content discoverability.

• Collaborate with technical teams on DAM, PIM, and CMS integrations.

• Support AI tagging and automation initiatives.

• Develop reporting metrics to measure DAM adoption and efficiency.

• Experience with DAM platforms such as Sitecore, Bynder, Brandfolder, or IntelligenceBank

• Strong metadata, taxonomy, and content governance expertise

• DAM migration & content operations experience

• Stakeholder collaboration across creative, marketing, and IT teams

• Experience documenting workflows and business processes

• Agile/Scrum experience preferred

• PIM platforms (Stibo, Riversand, Salsify)

• Azure or AWS AI tagging tools
