Manufacturing Planner Scheduler to drive production planning and scheduling across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, balancing demand with capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
We are looking for a planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can translate demand, capacity, and material availability into executable production schedules.
What You Will Do- Build and manage production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability
- Perform capacity planning across machines, labor, and production resources
- Release and manage work orders within the ERP/MRP system
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address delays, downtime, or constraints
- Coordinate priorities with production leadership to maintain efficient workflow and on-time delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and schedule adherence
- Partner with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure materials support production schedules
- Maintain accurate planning data within ERP systems and support operational reporting
- Track key performance metrics including schedule adherence and on-time delivery
What You Bring- 3-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment required
- Above average Excel skills including vlook up
- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and capacity planning
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in , Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
